Around 1 in 6 couples in the UK today have difficulty conceiving, affecting over 3.5 million people. The prospect of facing any kind of infertility can be very distressing to live with and many people believe that no-one else really understands what it feels like to have to face this.
Friends, family and work colleagues often can’t relate to how you are feeling and it can seem like a very lonely and isolating journey.
If all that sounds familiar, we can help.
We can help you make some sense of how you are feeling, and hopefully ease that loneliness and isolation on both an emotional and practical level.
And we are here for everyone. Right from the first day you think you have a problem, through investigations, treatment and beyond.
Our More To Life network provides support to those ending treatment and facing involuntary chldlessness.
ACeBabes provides ongoing support to those who have been successful in having their family after struggling with infertility.
We also work closely with all the relevant professional bodies including the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, the British Fertility Society, the Fertility Nurses Group, Government officials across the UK and many more, to help ensure patients have a voice that is clearly heard.
We campaign for fair and equitable NHS treatment which has enabled many more people to get the treatment they were once denied.
