Discovering that you have fertility problems is devastating, and may threaten all your hopes and dreams of having a family.

Your first response may be surprise and disbelief, and you may feel lonely and unsure who to turn to for support.

Infertility Network UK members can access professional infertility advice through our Professional Advice Line (PAL), which gives support to those experiencing isolation, loneliness, depression, loss of control and all the other feelings common to most of those going through infertility tests or treatment cycles.

The Members Only Professional Advice Line (PAL) is run by Diane, who has many years nursing experience.  A call to her in complete confidence could be the support or answer you are looking for.

The telephone Professional Advice Line is open to members on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am until 4pm.  Members can also post questions to Diane on the PAL forum, with reply sent directly through the confidential messaging system.

Infertility Network UK also has a team of  Medical Advisors, who ensure we provide up to date information to our members and patients.  We also have a male and female medical advisor who can be written to by members only, for independent medical advice.
