Show you care about the emotional wellbeing of your patients by joining our Clinic Outreach Scheme.  Joining the scheme enables both the charity and yourselves to make an active and visible commitment to the development of patient support and care.

We believe that being able to show your patients you are aware of their ongoing needs will improve their clinic experience. As a member of our Clinic Outreach Scheme you will be able to show your commitment to patient support and help inform your patients of the services which are available to them free of charge through our network.
